Our Terms and Conditions

Please read before purchase

  1. Wheel Fitment - While we try to ensure all our brake kits fit behind the majority of wheel types both stock and aftermarket,  generally speaking, you will need wheel spacers to clear our brake kits. With 1000s of wheel manufacturers, widths, offsets and styles the best way to check is with our free templates. 
  2. Please take the appropriate steps to ensure wheel clearance before final installation. We have templates to assist so please ask if you have any concerns.  - If you cannot run spacers please do not purchase one of our kits. 
  3. Custom Colour/Logo - Where possible we keep stock of calipers in the raw form and 18Z calipers in Red, Yellow and Black. If calipers are in the raw form it typically takes 3-6 weeks to process depending on the existing workload. 
  4. Warranties - We offer a 6-month return to base (RTB) warranty on all calipers sold, the buyer pays postage both ways to resolve any issues. Under no circumstances will we cover garage costs, Labour time, time off work costs etc. We offer no compensation under any circumstances. Calipers will be inspected, repaired and tested before sending back at the buyers' expense. 
  5. Our 6-month RTB warranty will be voided by any track use of our brake kits. This is because we have seen on several occasions customers using pads or discs which are not suitable for track use. customer not giving the components the mechanical sympathy they require such as bedding in correctly before track or sufficient cool down laps.  
  6.  Disc warranties - Please refer to our troubleshooting page before installing your new package https://sftuning.co.uk/troubleshooting 
  7. Discs warranties are with the disc manufacturers directly. Please contact us to assist with any issues and we can liaise on your behalf to achieve an amicable outcome.
  8. Drilled Discs - Drilled discs are intended for light use, if cracks form from drilled holes they have been used too hard and this is not covered under warranty. If outright performance is required we strongly recommend grooved or C-hook discs. 
  9. Hose Warranties - These are with the disc manufacturers directly. Please contact us to assist with any issues and we can liaise on your behalf to achieve an amicable outcome.
  10. Prices
    -All prices shown include VAT and are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice.  Our VAT number is GB414129624.
    - Prices do not include Shipping or Installation fees. Buyers from abroad will need to pay import and customs duty on goods changed at the country's rate.
  11. Payment:
    - We accept Visa, Amex & MasterCard credit cards. 
    - We also accept VISA Debit, MasterCard Debit and Switch debit cards. 
    For card payments, we will require the full card number, expiry date, issue number, and cardholder's full statement address details. 
    - We also accept bank transfers - please contact us for our bank account details. 
    - PAYPAL or Stripe  is typically used for items not listed on our website or bespoke packages.
  12. Our right of cancellation: 
    If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on part of the manufacturer or supplier of the goods to supply the goods to us, or any other reason we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. 
    In the eventuality of this, we shall refund to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or concerning the agreement. 
    We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage arising from such cancellation. 
  13. Dispatch and Delivery: 
    All goods are sent via Parcelforce 48 in the UK, Euro Economy in Europe and Global priority when shipping goods worldwide. All buyers pay import and customs duty when packages arrive in the destination country. 
  14. "In Stock" goods:
    Our website does not link to our partner's stock level directly so if items are out of stock when we process your order with them, we will contact you to advise on the expected waiting time and offer to cancel the order and issue a full refund or you can wait till the items required are available. Whilst we try to keep plenty of stock of our most popular items, it is not always possible for us to keep one of every option of every product on the shelf ready to ship. 
  15. If you need an order by a certain day/date, we strongly recommend you contact a member of our sales team to check the availability of the item(s) you require. whilst we will strive to accommodate as much as possible once the items leave our premises we will have no control over when they may arrive. please use your tracking information to follow your package(s) to your door, we do not have time to do this for you.
  16. If you are planning to have your items fitted professionally, please wait until you have received and checked your goods before making any workshop or garage appointments. Failure to do so may result in disappointment and we will not be held accountable for any losses incurred. 
  17. Overseas Customers: 
    We are able to export most of our products and frequently do so.
    - If you are situated outside of the European Union Community, UK VAT is not payable.
    - Depending on delivery destination there may be import taxes/fees, these are your responsibility to pay.
    - Due to specific restrictions there are some countries that we can only accept Paypal payments from.
  18. Returns Procedure: 
    - Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions. 
    - SF-tuning must be informed by e-mail or telephone of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery. and
    - Please also ensure that you include a copy of any paperwork your item was shipped with.
    - If an item is sent back to us without notice a refund will not be given.
    - All returned items MUST be in re-salable condition show ZERO signs of the previous installation. 
  19. For orders that have been supplied correctly & assuming goods are in re-saleable condition:
    -Within 14 days from the day of delivery - Goods can be returned for ANY reason for a full refund of goods minus the initial delivery charge and transaction fee of the payment merchant - We do not cover returns postage back to us but are happy to assist with collection. If you want us to arrange collection it is typically cheaper than most couriers and the cost of this will be deducted from the refund total due
    -After 14 days from the day of delivery - Goods can be returned but with a 20% handling charge. The initial delivery charge, & return delivery charges will NOT be refunded.
    -After 28 days from the day of delivery – Goods are not accepted back for a refund.
  20. For orders that have been supplied incorrectly & assuming goods are in re-saleable condition:
    -Within 28 days from the day of delivery – Goods can be accepted back for a full refund, refund for initial shipping and refund for return shipping.
    -If goods are not in re-saleable condition e.g fitted/test fitted, original packaging not present, covered in grease/lube etc, supplied correctly or incorrectly we will not accept a refund.
  21. Further Terms and Conditions:
    - Parts specially ordered to the customer's requirements cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described. 
    - Any shortfall or damages to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods. We also request that you email pictures of all the parts received to SF-Tuninguk@outlook.com
    - All parts being returned must be in resalable condition including all the original packaging. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, had sealant/grease/paint applied or the packaging damaged. 
    - Any items which have been amended or modified from their original specification will not be credited under any circumstance. Any amendments or modifications carried out to install items are done so purely at the end user's risk.
    - All products intended to be painted must be trial fitted to the vehicle before painting.
    - We reserve the right to refuse exchange units, which are considered to be in an unserviceable condition.  
    - All goods remain the property of SF-Tuning until paid for and payment received in full. 
    - We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances. 
    - Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.
