We want you to be completely happy with your SF-Tuning order. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to get it sorted quickly.
Standard Product Returns
Changed your mind? Eligible standard products purchased online can normally be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Once you've told us you wish to cancel, you'll then have 14 days to return the goods.
Products should only be handled as much as reasonably necessary to inspect them. If an item has been installed, used, damaged or handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary for inspection, this may reduce its value and may affect the amount we can refund.
Unless the product is faulty, incorrect or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Many of our brake packages are built specifically for you.
Products made to your specification or clearly personalised — including custom-painted calipers, custom colours or logos, bespoke machining and other customer-specific configurations — cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you've changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and do not install the affected parts.
Sending us photographs of the parts, packaging and shipping label will help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Before Booking Your Installation
Please wait until all of your parts have arrived and you've checked your complete order before booking your vehicle into a garage.
Courier, supplier and manufacturing delays can occasionally happen, and we'd hate for you to lose a workshop booking because part of your order hasn't arrived.
